13She obtained a Bachelor´s degree in Basic Biomedical Research with honors and is a Doctoral candidate. She has been teaching biochemistry for 4 years at The Veterinary School, at the Forensic Sciences Undergraduate program, and for other PhD students. She has explored different areas of science such as biotechnology, neuroscience and biochemistry. Her main interest is focused on bioenergetics and the study of mitochondrial kinetics, function and molecular traits. She has published 7 papers and has attended 10 national and international conferences.
