Ivet Gil-Chavarría is Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS), Master Degree and PhD with honors by National Autonomous University of Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México-UNAM). Dr. Ivet Gil has been a postdoctoral fellow at New York University-College of Dentistry in USA, also at Physical Science Institute in Mexico UNAM (Instituto de Ciencias Físicas-UNAM).
Dr. Gil is member of the first generation of “Catedráticos-CONACYT” (Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología), she is a researcher and teacher in Forensic Odontology at Forensic Science Bachelor UNAM since 2014. Currently, Dr. Gil is working in collaboration with multi and inter discipline groups.
Dr. Ivet Gil has published scientific and diffusion articles, her participation in National and International Meetings is in more than 40. She has been member of American Academy of Forensic Sciences (AAFS), International Association for Dental Research-Mexican Division (IADR) and American Association for Dental Research (AADR), Association of Microscopy (Asociación Mexicana de Microscopia AMM) and Mexican Society of Crystallography l(Sociedad Mexicana de Cristalografía SMCr).
